What can you keep in one Tripperama trip?
Tripperama is a shared trip workspace with seven tabs: Calendar, Transport, Stays, Activities, Expenses, Docs and Travelers. Flights, hotel addresses, tickets, costs and group decisions sit side by side, so nobody has to dig through a chat thread to find a booking.
Every tab covers something worth getting right, whether you're planning alone or with a group. Nothing gets lost in a group chat, a spreadsheet, or someone's inbox.
Calendar
Every flight, check-in and activity on one timeline, so the whole group sees the same plan.
Transport
Flights, trains, ferries and rentals with live flight status, gates and delays right on the card.
Stays
Hotels and rentals with check-in dates, so you spot the night nobody booked before it's too late.
Activities
A wishlist with must-do, would-like and maybe priorities. Add ideas on your own, or let the group vote together.
Expenses
Log who paid and how to split it. Balances per traveler and the fewest transfers that settle everyone.
Docs
Passports, visas, insurance and tickets in a checklist, with attachments kept next to the trip.
Travelers
Invite by link, set owner, editor or viewer roles, and keep guests who don't have an account in the loop.
How does Tripperama add your bookings for you?
Upload a screenshot or PDF of a booking confirmation, or forward the confirmation e-mail, and Tripperama reads it and fills in the details, such as dates, times and places. You check the entry and save it to the right tab, instead of typing every reservation by hand.
Send a confirmation email screenshot or the PDF from the airline and Tripperama reads the flight number, dates, times and confirmation code into a card. Then ask the trip assistant anything about the plan, and it answers from your own data.
Does Tripperama work on your phone and offline?
Yes. Get it on Google Play for Android, or add it to your home screen on iPhone, with no App Store needed. You can view your trip offline, get push notifications for changes, and send a read-only link to anyone who only needs to see the plan.
Planning happens on a big screen. The trip happens on a phone in an airport queue. Tripperama is designed for the second one.
Installs like an app
Get it on Google Play for Android. On iPhone, add it to your home screen — no App Store needed.
Works offline
Pages you've opened stay available when the plane has no Wi-Fi and the roaming is off.
Push notifications
Get a nudge when someone adds a stay, changes a flight or ticks off a document.
Share a read-only link
Send the plan to parents or a travel agent without giving them an account.
How do you set up a group trip in Tripperama?
Setup takes three steps. Create a trip, invite your crew with a link, then add flights, stays and activities as you go. Everyone sees the same plan, and traveler roles control who can edit and who can only view.
There's no setup wizard and nothing to configure. Start with a name and a date.
- 1
Create a trip

- 2

Tripperama FAQ: pricing, groups, offline and more
- What is Tripperama?
- A shared trip planning workspace for a solo trip or a group one. Flights, stays, activities, documents and expenses live side by side, and anyone invited sees the same plan.
- Is Tripperama free?
- Yes. Every core tab works on the free plan for the whole group, no card needed. The free plan caps the two AI features — the reservation scanner and the trip assistant — to a handful of uses per trip; Pro raises that ceiling a lot, to 100 scans and 500 questions per trip, and adds automatic flight alerts and weather/tide conditions.
- Can Tripperama be used for group travel planning?
- Yes — that is what it is built for, and it works the same for a solo trip. Invite people by link with owner, editor or viewer roles (joining needs an account); a read-only link for one day works for a parent or a travel agent without one.
- What travel planning features does Tripperama include?
- A shared calendar for flights, stays and activities; a documents checklist for passports, visas, insurance and tickets; expense splitting with a settle-up suggestion; a reservation scanner that reads a forwarded confirmation e-mail, a screenshot or a PDF; and a trip assistant that answers from the trip’s own data.
- Does Tripperama work offline?
- Pages already opened keep working without a connection, and a trip starting within 14 days saves its own snapshot automatically. It is view-only offline — a change made without a connection is not saved.
- Is there a Tripperama mobile app?
- Yes. Tripperama is on Google Play for Android. On iPhone, add it to your home screen from Safari — there is no App Store listing yet. Either way it opens full screen, sends push notifications and lets you view your trip offline.
- What is the difference between Free and Pro?
- Every core tab works on the free plan, with a handful of AI uses per trip. Pro raises the limits to 100 booking scans and 500 trip assistant questions per trip, and adds flight alerts and weather and tide conditions.
The next trip starts with one link.
Create the trip, send the invite, and let everyone add their piece.
