Refund Policy
This policy covers purchases made in Trippin: the Trip Pass and the Annual plan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle), our authorized reseller and merchant of record, and refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.
1. What you buy
Both plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. A Trip Pass unlocks one trip for all its members for 12 months from purchase, or until 30 days after the trip ends, whichever is later, capped at 24 months. The Annual plan unlocks every trip you create for 12 months.
Price, currency and taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm. Nothing is charged without your acceptance.
2. Full refund within 14 days
You can request a full refund of any purchase within 14 calendar days of the payment date, for any reason, with no explanation needed.
- Write to contact@muamba.net with your account e-mail and the transaction number (it is on Paddle's receipt), or
- Open the receipt Paddle e-mailed you and use its option to request a refund.
Paddle returns the full amount, taxes included, to the original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After 14 days
After that period there is no pro-rated refund: the plan stays valid until the end date shown at purchase and does not renew. If something went wrong on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a plan that was never unlocked, write to us and we will sort it out regardless of the period.
4. What happens to the plan
A refund ends the corresponding plan immediately: the trip goes back to the free plan and its limits, and everything already entered stays on the trip. Nothing is deleted.
5. Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, contact us or Paddle. A refund requested directly is faster than a dispute, and an approved chargeback also ends the plan.
